Since we use dropshipping, most orders are delivered within 3- 7 business days depending on your location in Pakistan. We always provide tracking information so you can follow your order.

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your package until it reaches you.

3. Do you deliver to all cities in Pakistan?

Yes, we deliver nationwide, including major cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Hyderabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and other areas.

4. What if my order is damaged or lost during delivery?

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours. We will coordinate with the supplier to replace the item or issue a refund, ensuring your satisfaction.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), online bank transfers, and mobile wallet payments.

6. Is online payment safe?

Absolutely. All online transactions are securely processed using trusted payment gateways with full encryption.

7. Can I cancel or change my order?

You can request a cancellation or change within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, processing has usually started with our supplier, so changes may not be possible.
